The jaw is one of the main retention centers of stress – which can lead to cracked teeth, poor quality of sleep, TMD (temporal mandible disorder), damaged dental work and accelerated gum disease.

Massage therapy is wonderfully positive. Because it relieves stress, improves circulation and strengthens immunity, massage helps prevent disease and accelerate healing.

The certified massage therapist will provide 30-minute chair massages on Fridays between 9:00 AM and noon. She will be available in the Berkeley dental office and the Oakland dental office on alternating weeks.
